Privacy Policy — Flooding Cube

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Flooding Cube ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you play. By using the App you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information we handle

The App does not require you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email, or contact details. We handle the following limited data:

• Game progress and settings — level progress, scores, sound and language preferences are stored locally on your device.
• Advertising data — when ads are shown, our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may process a device advertising identifier (e.g. Apple IDFA), IP address, general device information, and ad interaction data in order to deliver and measure ads. On iOS, personalized advertising identifiers are used only if you allow tracking via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt and, where applicable, provide consent under EU rules. Otherwise ads are served in a non-personalized manner.
• Purchase data — if you buy the "Premium" (remove ads) in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to validate the purchase and restore it across your devices using an anonymous app-generated identifier. We do not receive your payment card details.
• Game Center (optional) — if you use leaderboards, your Game Center nickname and score are handled by Apple according to Apple's privacy terms.

2. How the data is used

• To run the game and save your progress and settings on your device.
• To display advertising and support the free version of the App.
• To process and restore in-app purchases.
• To show optional leaderboards.

3. Third-party services

The App uses the following services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google AdMob — policies.google.com/privacy
• RevenueCat — revenuecat.com/privacy
• Apple (App Store, in-app purchases, Game Center) — apple.com/legal/privacy

4. Your choices and rights

• On iOS you can change tracking permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Where EU/UK data protection rules apply, you may review or change your advertising consent from within the App's privacy options.
• You can remove ads permanently through the one-time "Premium" purchase.
• Uninstalling the App removes the game data stored on your device.

5. Children

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Data retention

Game progress and settings remain on your device until you delete the App or clear its data. Advertising and purchase data are retained by the respective third-party services according to their own policies.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
